My house was cold in the morning - the furnace didn’t work all night and it was the first really cold autumn night.   I heard about Westside from a friend and called them up.  They lined up an emergency visit right away.   Dennis came and diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes. My AC quit the day before Labor Day - just ahead of the expected heat wave. Submitted a request for service from Westside  hoping for the day after Labor Day. A technician was here Tuesday afternoon, promptly found and fixed the problem. Explained what caused the failure, changed my furnace filter and waited to make sure the system was cooling properly. Employees at the business have all been courteous and helpful when I’ve contacted them. Old time values of dependability and reliability are hard to find - Westside still has them.
